Article 1 – Scope of Service

The platform accessible on Planet2061.com (Business) allows corporate clients and professionals to design, customize, and order eco-friendly items and "Zero Plastic Kit" equipment produced on demand.

Article 2 – Visual Accuracy and Renders

We take great care to ensure that the on-screen preview accurately reflects the final product. Our production partner maintains rigorous industrial print standards. However, the professional user acknowledges that a 100% perfect visual match cannot be guaranteed, particularly due to color rendering variations across different screens and the specific texture of each eco-friendly material (ceramics, stainless steel, glass, etc.).

Article 3 – Payment Terms and Invoicing

All orders placed on the platform are subject to the following payment terms, determined by the total order amount:

  • Orders below €500: 100% advance payment is required upon ordering, prior to launching production.
  • Orders of €500 and above: A 55% deposit is invoiced and required upon ordering. The remaining 45% balance is due upon delivery or according to the specific terms agreed during validation.

Article 4 – Ordering and Absence of the Right of Withdrawal

Final payment or deposit confirmation constitutes formal approval by the customer of the design as displayed in the visual preview. In accordance with B2B regulations and laws regarding goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, no right of withdrawal or cancellation applies. No modifications to text, options, or product models can be processed once the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Customized items cannot be returned under normal circumstances. However, we will replace or refund your product if it is defective or shows visible damage upon delivery. To claim a replacement, the customer must contact our support team before returning any items and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and its packaging. In this specific scenario, all return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced on demand and shipped via our logistics partner's courier services. Delivery estimates are indicative. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, or if a package is returned due to non-collection, any additional re-shipping fees will be billed to the customer.
